Acceptance of terms

By making a purchase on Mondo Estro (mondoestro.it), you accept these Terms of Service.

Description of service

Mondo Estro sells collectible trading card game products, original and imported from Japan, through a dropshipping model: orders are shipped directly from the supplier in Japan to the end customer.

Product authenticity

All products sold are guaranteed 100% original and official, purchased through verified Japanese suppliers.

Prices

Prices are shown in Euro (€) and include applicable Italian VAT on the sale, where due. Any customs duties and import VAT are the buyer's responsibility, as detailed in the Shipping Policy.

Mondo Estro reserves the right to change prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

Product availability

Products are subject to availability from the Japanese supplier. In rare cases, a confirmed order may not be fulfillable due to the supplier being out of stock: in such cases, the customer will be promptly informed and receive a full refund.

Limitation of liability

Mondo Estro is not liable for delays, damages, or additional costs arising from events beyond its control, including but not limited to: customs delays, carrier strikes, force majeure events.

Use of the site

Use of the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel suspicious orders.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court is the consumer's court of jurisdiction as provided by the Italian Consumer Code.
