Refund policy
Right of withdrawal
Under Italian Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice
- Be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging (particularly important for boxes and collectible products, whose value depends on seal integrity)
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Products that have been opened, or whose seal has been removed or damaged, are not eligible for return, except where the defect or damage is attributable to Mondo Estro or to shipping (see "Damaged products" below).
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors by Mondo Estro.
Damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a product damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Refund timing
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Products excluded from returns
Customized products, pre-orders already confirmed with the supplier, and opened products are not eligible for return, except in case of manufacturing defect.
